Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 10 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. You are able to return and exchange items in cases such as ordering or receiving incorrect sizes and colors.Returned items must comply with our returns & exchanges policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

We do not accept any items once they have been washed.

Sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Returned items will be checked and inspected. We will promptly send you an email notification about the approval results.

We retains the authority to decline any return that fails to adhere to our policy.

Please note that it might be an additional shipping costs for returning and exchanging the products.
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Defective Products
Please kindly inspect the items upon receiving before washing or wearing it. If you happen to come across any defects or problems with the product, kindly provide a detailed description, accompanied by both images and a video, to ensure clarity. We'll arrange a return or process a full refund if you receive the items in a damaged or flawed condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the item has been washed or worn, and caused defects from it. We also do not accept products that have been intentionally damaged.

Refunds
Once your return has been received by us, it can take up to 7-14 calendar days (excl. public holidays and weekends) to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Delivery costs will be deducted from here.
Repeated Returns
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Mossel account or future orders being refused.
Sale Items
